Terms Of Service
YOU, the client:
Should CREDIT the artist if you post/show the art to your social media/friends.
Should NOT claim the art as yours.
Should NOT alter the piece after it's finished.
Should NOT use the art to spread hate.
Should NOT feed the art to AI. Please show some respect.
Should NOT use my art as an NFT.
Should accept that this is only a digital piece. You will not receive any physical copies.
Have the right to cancel a commissioned piece IF the artist does not give any updates for more than a week.
Can't cancel a finished piece that is 60% finished.
Shall state your type of commission (headshot, rendered, scenic, etc) or explain what you want to the artist.
I, the artist:
Have the right to decline your commission if I deem it right.
Have the right to post the commissioned pieces unless you tell me not to for valid reasons.
Will not use/spread any personal information. What stays in chat, stays in chat. You are safe.
Have the right to delay your commissioned piece.
Will regularly update you every time I work on your commission.
Payments & Refunds:
The client shall pay 50% of the full payment AFTER the sketch is given. NO payment, NO art.
Payments should go through my 'Methods of Payment'. Anything else offered that is not mentioned will be ignored.
Payment shall only go through Paypal, GCash, Ko-Fi, or Artistree.
Refunds are only available if I started on less than 30% of the piece. You will only receive 80% of it.
Client is eligible to pay an additional cost for complicated designs/extras.
